Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your delivery on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel), the courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be held at the courier's facility for 5 days before being returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
