Orders to Peninsular Malaysia typically arrive in 1–3 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders above RM180 to Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, free shipping applies to orders above RM250.

Absolutely. All products sold on Beauty Caring Mart are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorised brand distributors and official channels. We do not sell counterfeit or expired goods.

Product packaging and formulations may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer. If you receive a product that is significantly different from what was shown, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.

We carry many products specially formulated for sensitive skin (e.g., CeraVe, Cetaphil, La Roche-Posay). Always read the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use. When in doubt, consult a dermatologist.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for wrong items, defective products, or missing items. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
